摘要
焊丝在拉丝生产过程中会产生不同的翘距与松弛直径,其原因在于拉丝模与拉丝卷筒之间存在角度,使得焊丝产生非对称拉丝应力。通过改进老设备,拉丝机增加分线盘,调整拉丝模与拉丝卷筒的相对角度;在拉丝模与卷筒间加装一只小V型压轮,减少焊丝漂移、抖动对拉丝模出口处的影响;适当调节力矩电机力矩,使焊丝仅产生弹性变形而非塑性变形,就能控制焊丝相应的翘距与松弛直径。所生产的焊丝不需要矫直即可保持外观美观,质量稳定,对工人的操作技术要求也大大降低。
Welding wire will produce different pitch and relaxation diameter in wire drawing process, the reason is an angle between wire drawing die and wire drawing capstan, which produces asymmetric drawing stress in welding wire. The weld- ing wire corresponding pitch and relaxation diameter can be controlled through the following methods such as improving old equipment, to install noseplate on wire drawing machine, to adjust relative angle of wire drawing die and capstan, to install a small V-shaped pressure wheel between wire drawing die and capstan, to reduce the influence of welding wire draft and jitter to wire drawing die exit, to adjust torque of torque motor appropriately, the welding wire only produce elastic deforma- tion instead of plastic deformation. The welding wire produced can keep good appearance and quality stable without straight- ening, which decreases the operational technical requirements of workers.
