摘要 润滑状况对钢丝绳使用寿命有重要影响,对钢丝绳进行系统维护润滑,使之经常处于良好的润滑状态,其使用寿命可延长2~3倍。介绍润滑对钢丝绳使用寿命的影响机制并对其进行分析,润滑不良导致钢丝绳内部钢丝间摩擦因数增大,使钢丝微动磨损速率加快,润滑失效同时导致钢丝被腐蚀速率加快,磨损与腐蚀均造成该处钢丝横截面积减小,钢丝绳受到轴向力作用在磨损处产生应力集中,从而引起在磨损损伤处萌生疲劳微裂纹,显著降低钢丝绳使用寿命。微动疲劳与腐蚀疲劳是钢丝绳失效的主要原因。针对钢丝绳内部钢丝表面磨损采取的各类润滑措施,是延长钢丝绳使用寿命的新途径。 Lubrication condition has a significant effect on the lifetime of wire rope, the lifetime of wire rope can be pro- longed 2 to 3 times if it is maintained lubrication systematically and keeps in good lubrication condition, The influence mechanism of lubrication on wire rope lifetime is introduced and analyzed, the poor lubrication caused the wire rope inner friction factor to increase and to make the steel wire fretting wear rate faster, lubrication failure also accelerated wire corro- sion rate, both wear and corrosion decreased the wire cross section, the stress concentration occurred in wearing position while wire rope was in axial force, it will accelerate the fatigue micro-cracks in wear damage and reduce the lifetime of wire rope significantly. Fretting fatigue and corrosion fatigue are the main reasons of wire rope failure. Various lubrication meas- ures taken for prevention of wire rope inner steel wire surface wear are a new method to extend wire rope lifetime.
