试论中国现代企业家的素质

On the Entrepreneurs' Quality in Modern China

根据中共中央关于培育一大批优秀企业家的要求，从企业的含义和社会主义市场经济规律的要求说明企业家和中国现代企业家的特定涵义，进而从我国２０年改革开放中企业家的浮沉经历、借鉴国外企业家的经验教训提出中国现代企业家必须具备五种素质。

According to the appeal of the CPC Central Committee for cultivating a large quantity of excellent entrepreneurs, this paper explains the special meanings of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs in modern China from the angle of the rules of socialist market economy. Furhermore, the author uses the experience and lessons of domestic and foreign entrepreneurs for reference and put forwards that entrepreneurs in modern China must have five kinds of qualities.
