高职学生素质教育探析

Analysis on Quality-oriented Education for Higher Vocational Students

高等职业教育是我国一种新发展的高等教育形式，高职学生素质教育是教育界面临的新课题。本文阐述了素质与素质教育的概念，论述了高职学生素质教育的必要性，探讨了加强高职学生素质教育的做法，认为要转变教育观念，改革教学模式和人才培养模式，着力创造一个全新的校园文化氛围，培养学生的创新意识和实践能力。

Higher vocational education is a new developing form of higher education in China. The quality-oriented education for higher vocational students is a new task that the educational cir- cles are faced. This paper discusses the concepts of quality and quality-oriented education and the necessity of quality-oriented education for higher vocational students. The measures of promot- ing the quality-oriented education are as follow ; changing the ideas of education; reforming the mode of teaching and qualified personnel cultivating; creating a new culture atmosphere in cam- pus; developing the consciousness and practical ability of students.
