摘要
通过断口分析、化学成分分析和金相检验等方法,对铸件在加工中出现裂纹的原因进行了分析;通过仿真试验,分析了裂纹在后续使用中对安全性的影响。结果表明:裂纹产生的原因是铸件本身存在缺陷以及成型模具拐角设计存在问题。最后提出了相应的改进措施。
By means of fracture analysis, chemical composition analysis and metallographic examination, the reason of cracks in casts was analyzed. On the basis of the simulation experiment, the effect of crack on security was analyzed. The results showed that the reasons were casting defects in casts and design problems at die corner. At last the improving measures were proposed.
