摘要
采用玻化微珠和珍珠岩为轻质骨料,选取水泥和粉煤灰为胶凝材料,并掺加适量VAE乳液和纤维,利用模压成型的工艺制备玻化微珠保温板,研究不同珍珠岩取代玻化微珠量、水泥掺量、VAE乳液掺量和纤维掺量对材料性能的影响。试验结果表明,珍珠岩、水泥、乳液和纤维的最佳掺量分别为30%、30%、3%和1.0%,在此配比下,测得材料的密度为286kg/m3,抗压强度为0.61MPa,抗折强度为0.43MPa,2h吸水率为31%,24h吸水率为83%,符合相关标准要求。同时利用SEM扫描电镜分析等测试手段,观察试样内部微观形貌,探讨保温材料的作用机理。
Vitrified micro bead and perlite as light-weight aggregate, fly ash and cement as coagulator, and other additives of VAE emulsion and fiber, a new wall insulation material with vitrified micro bead is prepared. In this paper, the influence of different adding amount of perlite replacing vitrified beads, cement, VAE emulsion and fiber on the material properties are studied. The results show that the optimal batch is 30% perlite, 30% cement, 3% emulsion and 1.0% fiber respectively, and the density of the samples is 286 kg/m3, the compressive strength is 0.61 MPa, the flexural strength is 0.43 MPa, 2h water absorption.is 31%, 24h water absorption is 83%, which are in line with the requirements. Besides, the internal morphology of the sample is observed by scanning electron microscopy, and the action mechanism of the insulation material is explored.
