摘要
目的研究柠檬酸与热力联合消毒相关性能,为实际应用提供参考。方法采用理化分析、载体浸泡定量杀菌试验、模拟现场试验和动物试验方法,对其进行了消毒效果和安全性观察。结果将浓度为20.8 g/L柠檬酸水溶液加温至80℃作用15 min,对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭对数值>3.00。模拟现场消毒试验证明,将含20.8 g/L柠檬酸水溶液输入到透析机循环管路中,升温至80℃循环作用15min,对污染在管路中枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的平均杀灭率达到99.99%以上。浓度为20.8 g/L的柠檬酸水溶液对小鼠急性经口毒性LD50值>5 000mg/kg(体重),对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果为阴性。结论柠檬酸水溶液在温度为80℃条件下,可杀灭细菌芽孢达到消毒合格要求,在透析机管路中可获得相同的杀菌效果。
Objective To study citric acid and thermal synergy disinfection related performance, provide the reference for the practical application. Methods The physical and chemical analysis method, the carrier immersion quantitative ger- micidal test, simulated field test and animal test methods were used to observe the disinfection efficacy and safety. Results When 20. 8 g/L citric acid aqueous solution was heated to 80 ℃ for 15 min, the killing logarithm of Bacillus subtillus var niger spore on the carrier was above 3.00. Simulated field disinfection test showed 20. 8 g/L of citric acid aqueous solution was inputted into the cycle line of dialysis machine, and then heated to 80 ℃ for 15 min, the killing logarithm value of Ba- cillus subtillus var niger spore contaminated in the line was 〉 3.00. The mouse acute oral LD50 of 20. 8 g/L of citric acid a- queous solution was 〉 5 000 mg/kg . bw. Mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test were negative. Conclusion Citric acid aqueous solution in the temperature of 80℃ condition can kill the bacteria spore, achieving disin- fection qualification requirements. It also can have the same disinfection effect in the dialysis machine hne.
