摘要
目的研究齿科器材电子快速消毒器的机器性能和物体表面消毒效果。方法采用仪器法和载体定量杀菌试验法,对该快速消毒器的性能及杀菌效果进行了检测。结果该消毒器内置高臭氧紫外线灯,自动运行消毒周期为1 h,消毒器内平均臭氧浓度为409 mg/m3,平均紫外线照射强度为201μW/cm2,平均温度65℃。经作用1个周期,对玻片上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌和枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢平均杀灭对数值均>3.00。结论齿科器材电子快速消毒器利用紫外线和臭氧共同作用1 h,可有效杀灭玻片表面细菌繁殖体、真菌和细菌芽孢,达到消毒要求。
Objective To study the property and disinfection efficacy of a rapid electron disinfector for dental equip- ments. Methods Instruments and carrier quantitative germicidal test were used to detect the property and disinfection effi- cacy of the rapid electron disinfector. Results The disinfect or contain high concentration ozone and ultraviolet lamps. Af- ter operating for 1 h, the average ozone concentration is 409 mg/m3 , the average ultraviolet intensity is 201 μW/cm2, the average temperature is 65℃. After operating for 1 circle, the average killing logarithm value of Staphalococcus aureus, Esch- erichia coli, Candida albicans and Bacillus subtiUus var niger spores on slide are all above 3.00. Conclusion The rapid e- lectron disinfect or for dental equipments can kill bacterial vegetative form, fungi and spores effectively by interaction of ul- traviolet and ozone for 1 hour.
