应用ATP生物荧光系统监测医务人员手卫生质量 被引量:11

APPLICATION OF ATP BIOLUMINESCENCE SYSTEM FOR MEDICAL STAFF HAND HYGIENE QUALITY MONITORING

摘要 目的应用ATP生物荧光系统对医务人员的手卫生质量进行监测,以便加强医务人员手卫生的量化管理。方法采用ATP生物荧光检测仪及其配套试剂,对临床医务人员手卫生质量进行了监测与评价。结果 103名医院工作人员均采用洗手液和流动水六步法洗手,其中71人的相对光单位(RLU)值≤30,洗手合格率为68.93%,其中护士洗手合格率最高。结论 ATP生物荧光检测系统用于临床医务人员手卫生质量监测方法具有可行性,检测结果比较接近实际。 Objective To monitor medical staff hand hygiene quality ATP bioluminescence system in order to strengthen the medical staff hand hygiene quantitative management. Methods The ATP biological fluorescence detector and its sup- porting reagent are used to monitor and evaluate the clinical medical staff hand hygiene quality. Results 103 hospital staff extracted are all use liquid soap + flow of water through the six steps after washing technique, of which RLU value of 71 people were ≤30, hand washing quality passing rate is 68. 93%, among them the nurse hand washing quality is the high- est. Conclusions ATP bioluminescence detection system used in clinical medical staff hand hygiene quality monitoring method is feasible, the test results is closed to the actual.
