摘要
目的比较两种试验方法检测柠檬酸与热力协同杀菌效果的差异,以确定准确的试验方法。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和载体浸泡定量杀菌试验方法,观察三种品牌柠檬酸水溶液与热力联合作用对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀菌效果。结果将浓度为8 850 mg/L三种柠檬酸溶液加温至80℃作用15 min,对悬液内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢平均杀灭对数值为5.75;对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用15 min,平均杀灭对数值为6.01。悬液定量杀菌试验中振摇试管内药液对杀菌效果有负面影响。结论不同品牌柠檬酸与热力协同作用具有良好的杀菌作用,悬液定量杀菌试验振摇药液试管会影响其杀菌效果。
Objective To compare the differences of two methods for evaluating the synergistic germicidal efficacy so as to determine the accurate research method.Methods The suspension quantitative germicidal method and carrier quantitative germicidal method were used to observe germicidal efficacy of three citric acid disinfectants against Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores.Results The average killing logarithm value of spores in suspension exposed to three citric acid disinfectants with the concentration of 8 850 mg/L for 15min when heated to 80℃ was 5.75;however,the average killing logarithm values of spores on carriers was 6.01 under the same conditions.The vibration heights had negative effects on the germicidal efficacy when the disinfectants and the spores mixed in the suspension quantitative tests.Conclusion All the three citric acid disinfectants have good synergistic germicidal efficacy with combination of thermal treatment.The vibration heights in the suspension quantitative tests can affect the germicidal efficacy.
