摘要
在某石化厂的工业管道的首次定期检验中,发现其中的芳烃管道有一处挖补,形状呈椭圆形。就挖补焊缝进行超声波检测,对需要采用的检测技术以及需要注意的问题进行分析,制定了合理的检测工艺,准确完成了检测工作,并据此总结出工业管道焊缝超声波检测的经验。
In the first periodical inspection to an industrial pipeline in a petrochemical plant, an elliptical mending welding was found on this aromatic pipeline. Ultrasonic test was applied to test this welding. After analyzing the test process and problems may concern, a suitable process was advocated to accomplish the test work. Some experiences on UT to the welding of this kind were summarized in the end.
