摘要
建立了应用荧光定量PCR技术鉴别牛、羊奶粉的方法。本方法无需进行奶粉的DNA提取,奶粉经核酸释放剂处理后可直接进行荧光定量PCR检测,并且该方法可对奶粉中牛、羊源性成分进行鉴别。
Realtime fluorescence quantitative PCR to identify bovine and sheep milk powder was established. The method did not need DNA extraction from milk powder, and the milk powder after the pre - treatment with nucleic acid release agent could be directly detected by RTFQ PCR. The method could be used to identify the ingredients of the milk powder derived from bovine and sheep.
