摘要 研究了猪肉和猪尿中苯乙醇胺A残留的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定方法。样品经酶解、MCX柱净化浓缩后,在多反应监测模式下,用带电喷雾离子源(ESI)的串联质谱仪对样品进行定性和定量分析。该方法下,酶解时间由通常的12-16h缩短为2h。猪肉和猪尿的检出限和定量限分别为0.2μg/kg、0.5μg/kg和0.2μg/L、0.5μg/L。在3个添加浓度0.5、1、2μg/kg(μg/L)下,回收率在79.0%-103%之间,相对标准偏差在4.1%-13.7%之间。本方法快速、准确、灵敏度高,适合猪肉和猪尿中苯乙醇胺A的快速定性定量检测。 A determination method of Phenylethanolamine A in pork and pig urine using UPLC - MS/MS with ESI source under MRM mode was set up. The sample was extracted after enzyme digestion, purified and enriched, then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The method has a lower limit of detection and quantification. They are 0. 2μg/kg, 0.5μg/kg (pork) and 0.2μg/L, 0.5μg/L (urine) respectively. Average recoveries of standard addition levels (pork: 0.5, 1, 2μg/kg; urine: 0.5, 1, 2μg/L) ranged from 81% to 99% with relative standard devia-tions between 4.1% and 13.7%. The method is rapid, accurate, and sensitive and it is suitable for rapid qualita-tive and quantitative detection of Phenylethanolamine A in urine and pork.
