Remanufacturing is an important way for China＇ s sustainable development m economy. By interpreung the relevant provisions in REACH Regulation, the impact of the REACH Regulation on the remanufacturing indus-try was discussed, and the obligations which remanufactured products should comply with are investigated. It fol-lowed that both strengthening the investigation of technical system and attaching importance to the important materi-al and object during re - manufacturing process have significance on the healthy development of China＇s manufactur-ing industry and the internationalization of re - manufactured products.
