两种情绪测验方式与知人能力相关性的比较

Correlation comparison between emotion and interpersonal perception through two methods of emotional test

目的通过两种不同情绪测验方式探讨情绪与知人能力的相关性。方法以护理系212名学员为研究对象,通过知人能力测验及艾森克问卷获得情绪分数,用不同途径得到的情绪分数与知人能力做相关分析。结果客观情绪与知人能力有相关关系,自评情绪与知人能力无相关关系。结论可以通过加强情绪的调节能力来提高知人能力。

Objective To investigate the correlation between emotion and interpersonal perception through two methods of emotional test.Methods Totally 212 nursing students were selected from Logistics College of CPAPF and were investigated with Interpersonal Perception Test and Eysenck Personality Inventory.Results The objective emotion was related to the interpersonal perception.But the subjective emotion was not correlated to the interpersonal perception.Conclusion Interpersonal perception can be improved through strengthening emotional regulation.
