摘要
目的构建护理本科生就业能力评价指标体系。方法运用Delphi法对26名护理专家进行2轮问卷咨询。结果 2轮咨询专家的积极系数分别为89.7%和100%;权威系数为0.869;专家意见的协调系数分别为0.205和0.212,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.01);经过2轮咨询 ,最终确立由4个一级指标、13个二级指标和82个条目构成的护理本科生就业能力评价指标体系。结论本研究专家积极性高,代表性强,权威程度和协调程度好,形成的护理本科生就业能力评价指标体系能较好地反映研究主题,为护理本科生就业能力评价的研究提供参考依据。
Objective To construct the evaluation index system of employability for nursing undergraduates. Methods A total of 26 nursing experts participated in the two-round consultation by Delphi technique. Results 89.7% and 100% of the issued questionnaires were successfully collected respectively in the two'round eonsuhation. The specialist authority coefficient was 0.869,and the coordination coefficients for two-round consuhation were 0.205 and 0.212,respectively. After consultation,the evaluation index system of employability for nursing undergraduates was constructed,including 4 first-level indexes, 13 second- level indexes and 82 third-level items. Conclusion The selected experts are highly representative. The index system is reliable,which can reflect the theme of the study and provide reference for study on employability of nursing undergraduates.
