摘要
目的调查在校学生对志愿者服务的认知、参与意愿及动机,为开展在校学生志愿服务提供参考依据。方法采用自设问卷,对334名二年级在校学生的志愿服务认知、参与意愿及参与动机进行问卷调查,并比较参加者与未参加者的差异。结果参加过志愿服务的在校学生对志愿服务的认知和参与意愿得分均高于未参加者(P<0.01),其志愿服务动机中的社会动机得分高于未参加者(P<0.05)。结论参与志愿服务有利于提高在校学生对志愿服务的认知、参与意愿和社会动机,建议管理者应接纳志愿者的个人动机,在条件允许情况下满足志愿者在精神、自我提升和择业方面的个人需求。
Objective To investigate volunteer service awareness,willingness and motivation of nursing students. Methods Using the self-designed questionnaire,a survey on volunteer service's awareness,willingness and motivation was conducted among 334 sophomore nursing students. Results The scores of volunteer service awareness,willingness and social motivation of nursing students who had participated in volunteer services were significantly higher than those of non-participants(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion Participation in volunteer services can improve nursing students' volunteer service awareness, willingness and the social motivation. It is recommended that managers should accept volunteers' personal motivation,and meet the volunteers' individual needs on spirit,self-improvement,and career development.
