摘要
从国家法律、法规、规范出发,结合工作实践,对长输燃气管道分输站的管理体制机制、消防设施检测、消防培训、应急预案等消防安全管理的10个重点方面进行分析,提出建议。
Based on the national laws, regula- tions and codes, the 10 key aspects concerning fire safety management of transmission substation for long- distance gas pipeline, such as management system mechanism, inspection of fire facilities, fire training and emergency response plan are analyzed with work practice. Some corresponding suggestions are made.
