美罗培南中间体溴丙酰螺苯并恶嗪环己烷的合成

摘要 在对甲苯磺酸一水合物催化下,水杨酰胺与环己酮反应合成中间体Ⅰ,中间体Ⅰ与溴丙酰溴反应合成最终产品,纯度为99%,总收率为78%。 To synthesize intermediate I with salicylamide and cyclohexanone as raw materials using p-toluene sulforic acid monohydrate as catalyst. To synthesize final product by intermediates I and 2-bromopropiomyl bromide with the purity was 99~ ,the total yield was 78%.
