摘要 采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件构建滑动导轨副单个微凸体与刚性光滑平面的接触模型,分析其静态接触过程,即在法向载荷的作用下,得出应力应变和接触压强与载荷的关系,不同粗糙度的表面在相同载荷下的变化规律等。并构建了载荷和微凸体半径与法向应变之间关系的静态接触回归模型,能够比较准确的预测载荷和微凸体半径对法向应变的影响。研究结果为对导轨副进行摩擦磨损的研究做前期准备。 By using ABAQUS finite element analysis software, the model of single asperity contact with rigid flat plane was constructed, then the static contact process was analyzed, that is under the action of normal load, the relation among stress-strain and contact pressure and loading, and the variation of dif- ferent roughness surface under the same loads. The static contact regression model of the relation among normal load, the asperity radius and normal strain were constructed, which can accurately forecasts the effect of normal load and the asperity radius on the study of friction and wear on sliding rails. normal strain.
