整机热变形中测温点优化选择方法的研究 被引量:5

摘要 在高速高精度机床的加工过程中,由于各种热源的作用会导致机床产生热变形,从而影响其加工精度。针对整机热变形误差是影响机床加工精度的最大误差源,提出采用模糊聚类分析法对测温点进行优化选择,并利用多元线性回归方法建立整机热变形与温度之间的数学模型。结果表明,经优化后的温度变量应用到热误差模型中能够有效的预测整机的热变形,并且补偿效果很好。 In the procedure of machining by high-speed and high-precise machine tools, because of the function of many heat sources, the machine tools produce thermal deformation, which affects the pro- cessing precision. According to the compound machining center thermal deformation error is the biggest error source of affecting the machining precision of machine tools, the fuzzy group analysis method is a- dopted to select the optimized temperature measurement points, and using multivariate linear regression a- nalysis method to establish the mathematical model of thermal deformation error and temperature field. The results show that the application of the optimized temperature variable to thermal error model can ef- fectively predict the thermal deformation of the compound machining center, and the effect of the com- pensation is satisfactory.
