摘要
本文提出了一种自蔓延高温合成六方氮化硼粉末的方法,并对该反应进行了绝热温度计算,验证了其自蔓延合成的可行性。利用原位反应长大方法,获得了高密度六方氮化硼粉末。
A method of SHS of h-BN was proposed in this paper, and the adiabatic temperature of the reaction was calculated, the feasibility of the SHS was verified. The h-BN powder with high density is obtained by using this reaction in situ growing up method.
