一种经济型清洁压裂液室内研究及性能评价

摘要 清洁压裂液又称为粘弹性表面活性剂(VES)压裂液,其性能优于聚合物压裂液,具有低伤害、配制简单的特点,压后油气增产效果优于胍胶压裂液,特别适合低渗透储层压裂改造。通过室内试验确定的一种VES压裂液,具有耐温抗剪切性能好,破胶液粘度和界面张力低,清洁无残渣,悬砂性能好,对基质岩心伤害率小等特点,各项指标均符合SY/T6376-2008对表面活性剂类压裂液的要求,且成本远远低于胍胶压裂液。 Abstract.Clean fracturing fluid, also called viscoelastic surfactant (VES) fluid, is superior to polymer fluid in terms of its performance. It is little harmful and simple to prepare. It contributes to higher yields after fracturing compared to guanidine gum fluid, so it is appropriate for fracturing transformation of low--permeability reservoir. A kind of VES fluid, determined through laboratory experiment, features good thermal stability and anti--shear property, good gel breaking property and low interfacial tension, no residue, sound suspending sand properties and less harm on matrix core. Its performance meets the requirement of SY/T6376--2008 for surfactant fracturing fluids and its cost is far less than guanidine gum fluids.
