耐高温自干绝缘漆的研制

摘要 传统的耐高温绝缘漆存在高温烘烤、附着力差等缺点,采用自制的环氧改性有机硅树脂为主要成膜物质,以丙烯酸树脂为辅助树脂,添加耐高温颜填料、助剂等,制备耐高温自干绝缘漆。考察了改性树脂中硅醇的酸价、硅醇与环氧树脂的配比、改性树脂与丙烯酸树脂配比及颜填料、助剂等对耐高温自干绝缘漆性能的影响。试验结果表明:其漆膜能常温干燥,机械性能、耐介质性和绝缘性能均优于常规烘干绝缘漆。 The traditional high temperature resistant insulating paint has many disadvantages, such as high temperature baking and poor adhesion etc. The high temperature resistant and air-dry insulating paint was prepared with tire epox.v modified silicone resin as the main film-forming material, acrylic resin as the assistant resin and some spe~'ial figments and fillers were added. The influences of the acid value of the silicone alcohol, the ratio of silicone ah'ohol to epoxy resin, the ratio of the modified resin to acrylic resin and different amount of the pigment and filler on Ihe ~'omprehensiw~ perfi^rmance of the paint were studied. The results showed that it could dry at room temperature and the mechanical properties, corrosion medium resistance and insulation performance of the self- made insulating paint were superior to those of conventional insulating paint.
