The test method of the arsenic element contents in the white wood coatings based on using microwave digestion instrument for the samples pretreatment and ICP-OES instrument for testing the arsenic element contents of the solution have been established. This paper mainly discussed how to set the microwave digestion and ICP-OES instruments parameters and the precision and recovery of the method. The method has high accurate and recovery, and can be used for the arsenic element content test in white wood coatings.
