Peng Dehuai's Contributions to the Regularizatiom Construction in Our Army

彭德怀是 5 0年代主持军委日常工作的主要负责人 ,是实现我军建设统一装备、统一编制、统一训练、统一制度 ,统一纪律的组织者和实施者。他分析了我军正规化现代化建设面临的主要问题 ,构画了我军建设的蓝图 ;加强制度建设 ,实施依法治军 ;实行精减整编 ,促进从数量规模型向质量效能型转变 ;严格军事训练 ,坚持以训教战 ,为我军建设做出了重大贡献。

Peng Dehuai was one of the important leaders who directed routine work of Military Central Committee in the 50s of the 20th century, he was the organizer and practiser of realizing standardization of equipment ,standardization of establishment, standardization of training, standardization of system, and standardization of regulations. He analyzed some main problems that the regularization construction must face with,and drew a future plan for our army's construction:strengthening the construction of system, and realizing managing the forces with legal methods; practising staff reduction policy, turning number scale pattern into quality efficiency pattern; emphasizing military training, insisting on teaching fighting through training, he has made great contributions to the construction of our army.
