肝素诱导的血小板减少症诊断研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 肝素诱导的血小板减少症（HIT）是肝素治疗的常见并发症。HIT的主要并发症并非出血性疾病,而是血栓形成。50%的HIT患者有发生血栓形成的风险。虽然近数年加强了HIT诊断和治疗的研究,但仍有许多问题尚未解决。此文对目前HIT的最佳诊断策略进行讨论。
