根据高碳经济对我国环境的破坏及国家能源和经济安全威胁,结合宁夏煤炭产业低碳发展状况及存在问题,分析低碳经济在宁夏地区的优、劣势及机会和威胁,提出宁夏低碳经济发展的主要途径、建议和措施。

In accordance with the destruction of environment against high-carbon economy and the threat of national energy and economic security, it analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities on low-carbon economy in Ningxia and raises the corresponding main route, suggestions and measures, combining the development situation and existing problems on low-carbon of Ningxia coal industry.
