摘要
干排电石渣水分含量低,可直接进入水泥生产线配料使用,大大提升了电石渣在水泥生产中的使用量。结合多个聚氯乙烯(PVC)循环经济项目中电石渣水泥生产线的设计经验,总结了干排电石渣替代石灰石的水泥工艺在原料的处理,粉磨烘干和烧成三大方面的设计要点。
Dry discharged carbide slag has low water content and can be used in cement production line as raw material directly, which promote greatly the use of carbide slag in cement industry. Combined with the design experience of carbide slag cement production line of several PVC circular economy projects, the design points of cement production process with dry discharged carbide slag substituting for limestone was summarized at the three aspects of raw material treatment,grinding and firing.
