摘要
简要介绍了视在功率S、有功功率P、无功功率Q和功率因素cosφ之间的相关关系和供电部门制定的力率电费奖惩措施。以日照中联水泥有限公司为例,其2010年8月就因cosφ小于0.9而增加电费达85000多元。从2011年开始,该公司实施了一系列措施以提高功率因素,获得了很好的效果。其中:2011年力率电费奖励达434062元,奖励比例达到了0.69%;2012年则全部达到了供电部门最高0.75%的奖励标准。
Relations between apparent power(S),active power(P),reactive power(Q) and power factor(cos φ) was introduced as well as the ratio power charge rewards and punishments laid down by power distribution department. For China United Cement Rizhao Co., Ltd., in Aug. 2010,the power charge reached 85 000 yuan due to cosφ was lower than 0.9. From 2011,the company adopted a series of measure to increase cosφ and gained benefits in 2011,the ratio power rewards was high to 434 062 yuan,the rewards rate reached 0.69%; in 2012, the rewards rate reached 0.75% which was the highest of power distribution department.
