高校档案服务校园文化建设的实践与思考——基于档案管理现代化的视角

How Do University Archives Provide Service for Campus Cultural Construction ——From Perspective of Modernization of Archives Management

从档案管理现代化的特点和意义出发,分析了档案管理现代化的发展趋势,并进一步论述了高校档案与校园文化的相互关系,提出高校档案是校园文化建设的独特资源,为校园文化建设提供了信息资源、建设资源等多方面支持。分析了国内外高校档案服务校园文化建设的实践,认为实现档案管理现代化具有为校园文化4个层面建设服务的重要意义,即服务校园物质文化建设、精神文化建设、制度文化建设和行为文化建设。

Based on the features and significances of archives management modernization,this paper first analyzes the developmental trends of archives management modernization, then illustrates the rela-tionship between university archives and campus culture, and finally points out that university archives are unique resources and have provided supports of information resources and construction resources for the campus cultural construction. Throughanalyzing the practice of some domestic and foreign universi-ties archives in providing services for campus cultural construction, this paper contends that achieving modernization of archives management has important significance in serving the construction of campus culture, that is, serving construction of material culture, of spiritual culture, of institutional culture and of behavior culture.
