摘要
廉政法制建设是中国新民主主义革命时期法制建设的一个重要方面。本文考察了根据地廉政法制建设的产生与发展、具体的廉政法律措施、廉政法制建设的主要特点及其现代意义。
One of the most significant components in the years of the New Democratic Revolution lies in constructing clean and honest administration with the interests of the people at heart and the construction of the legal system in Red Base Areas, whose initiation, evolution, concrete measures, chief characteristics and significance to the modem society are discussed about elabo-rately in this article.
