摘要
应用项目管理的专业知识体系,对川渝中烟人力资源信息化的项目实施案例进行了深入研究分析,归纳出范围、合同、需求、人员及沟通五类主要问题,识别出决策与能力两个层面的驱动因素,并提出初步结论及改进建议。
This paper used the professional knowledge hierarchy of project management, carried on deep research and analy- sis on the implementation case of Tobacco Chuanyu Industrial human resources informatization project, summarized five kind of main issues, including scope, contract, demand, personnel and communication. It also recognized the two driving factors of decision and ability from two aspects and put forward the preliminary conclusion and suggestion for improvement.
