广西北部湾经济区跨越式发展中的水环境问题与对策

Water environment problems during leaping development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone and relevant countermeasures

针对广西北部湾经济区经济社会跨越式发展过程中出现的污染物排放量激增对水环境安全带来严重威胁的现象,根据其水环境现状和演变趋势,提出了在控制排污总量的基础上,推行重点产业园区零排放模式、推广生态农业和建立监测和处理污染物事故的应对措施,旨在为科学解决北部湾经济区水环境问题提供参考。

Aiming at the phenomenon that the sharp increase of pollutant discharge along with serious threat on the safety of the water environment during the leaping development of society and economy in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, it is put for- ward that pushing forward the mode of zero-discharges from the key industrial parks, popularizing eco-agriculture, establishing the monitoring and treatment against possible pollution accidents, etc. based on the control of the total amount of pollutant discharge in accordance with the water environment status and evolution trend therein, so as to provide relevant refer- ences for solving water environment problems occurred in the zone scientifically.
