非甾体类抗炎药与胃肠道损害的研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 非甾体类抗炎药（non—steroidalanti-inflammatorydrugs，NSAIDs）是一类通过抑制环氧合酶（COX）减少前列腺素生成而起到抗炎、解热、镇痛、抗风湿和抗血小板聚集作用的药物。然而，NSAIDs在为广大患者减轻病痛的同时，也带来了许多不良反应，尤以胃肠道损害最为常见。本文就NSAIDs相关性胃肠道损害的研究进展作一综述。
