摘要 实验测试过程中采用的是碳纤维木质复合板。通过碳纤维与木纤维按不同比例混合,使用搅拌机将掺入的异氰酸酯和一定量的丙酮按比例与碳纤维均匀混合,然后将溶胶的碳纤维与混胶的木纤维均匀混合热压复合而成,通过对碳纤维不同混合方式及不同混合比例,得到其电磁屏蔽特性的数据。从数据中显示,碳纤维的加入赋予复合材料良好的导电特性和屏蔽特性,且表面电阻率和电磁屏蔽特性与掺杂的碳纤维方式及比例呈现一定的正效应关系。从而可以根据复合材料微观结构特征预测宏观性能,为屏蔽材料的设计及优化提供有力的科学依据。 Carbon fiber wood composite board is used in the test process.Carbon fiber and wood fiber were mixed with different ratios.Firstly,isocyanate and a certain amount of acetone were added into carbon fiber using a mixer and mixed uniformly,and then the sol carbon fiber and wood fiber mixed with plastic were uniformly mixed and prepared by hot pressing.The electromagnetic shielding property data of the charcoal composite were measured with different mixing methods of charcoal fiber and different mixture ratios.The data showed that the addition of carbon fiber into the composite material can improve the conductive performance and shielding characteristics and the surface conductivity and electromagnetic shielding properties were positively related to the mixing methods and mixture ratio,which provides effective scientific basis for the design of shielding material and optimization according to the microstructure prediction of macroscopic properties.
