摘要
亲代小鼠分别喂食转基因和非转基因大豆饲料,120 d后组内交配获得子一代小鼠。以转基因饲料喂食的亲代所繁殖的子代小鼠作为实验组,断乳后子鼠继续喂食转基因大豆饲料;对照组子鼠为亲代非转基因喂食组所繁殖,断乳后继续喂食非转基因大豆饲料。分别于喂食30、60、90、120 d取子代小鼠的睾丸称重并计算脏器系数,伊红法染色检测精子存活率与畸形率;制作石蜡切片HE染色后观察睾丸病理学变化。结果表明:与对照组相比,实验组小鼠睾丸系数、精子存活率与畸形率均无显著性差异;组织切片镜检未发现两组小鼠的睾丸出现明显病理损伤。实验结果说明转基因大豆饲料喂食120 d未对子代雄鼠精子质量和睾丸组织病理造成影响,表明亲代长期喂食转基因大豆饲料后无潜在遗传毒性及积累效应。
The parental mice were fed transgenic soybean or control diets for 120 days respectively. After mating of intramural group, the offsprings were divided into transgenie group (GM)and control group (CK)corresponding to their parents. The GM group was fed with transgenic diets while the CK group was fed conventional diets for 120 days after weaning. At 30,60,90 and 120 days of feeding, the coefficient of testis were weighed, the sperm viability and abnormality were analyzed, and the pathology of testis was examined after HE staining. There were no significant differences in testis coefficient and sperm quality between two groups. Additionally, no significant pathology damages were observed in testis and epididymis. Results suggest transgenic soybean have no potential reproductive toxicity and genetic additive effects on mice.
