外界因素对松针中多酚、柚皮素含量的影响

摘要 为了给松多酚资源林的优选、营造、调控及高效利用提供理论依据,以更好地开发松多酚资源。研究了不同外界因素对松多酚、柚皮素含量影响,发现松多酚含量受光照、营养、激素的影响比较明显,而柚皮素含量变化不明显。随着光照时间的延长,松多酚的含量呈上升趋势,最高含量到达43.06mg/g。随着营养液浓度的增加,松针中多酚的含量也明显增加,最高含量到达42.21mg/g。在一定浓度范围内,随着生长激素浓度的增加,松针的生长速度加快,松针中松多酚的含量也不断增加,松多酚含量最高值达到44.35mg/g。 In order to provide a theoretical basis for the preferred, construction, regulation and effi- cient use of Pine, to better develop pine polyphenols resources. This paper studies the different outside factors influences on polyphenol and naringenin content, found that light, nutrients and hormones have significantly affect onthe content of polyphenols in the pine needle. With the ex- tension of exposure time, pine polyphenols content increases, the highest content reaches 43.06mg/g, but the content of naringenin did not change significantly. Within a certain range of nutrient solution concentration, With the increase in the concentration of nutrient solution, pine polyphenols also significantly increased in the Pine needles, and maximum levels reach 42.21mg/ g. With the increase of GH concentration, pine needles grow faster, Pine polyphenols content were also increased, and the highest pine polyphenol content value of 44.35mg/g.
