Cordyceps militaris Artificial Cultivation Technology Research Overview in North China

通过对现有栽培技术条件下蛹虫草的生长特性观察,结合食用菌人工栽培技术,对适宜北方栽种的蛹虫草的原种制作,菌丝培养,栽培种制作,罐装培养及采收保藏等操作流程做详细阐述,为适宜北方栽培的蛹虫草的人工栽培及推广提供依据。

After observing the growth characteristic of Cordyceps militaris and combining the artificial cultivated technigue of edible fungus, we have elaboration about the operating process for Cordyceps mill- tarts which is suitable to be cultivated in north China, such as the production of cultivated seed, canning cultivation, recovery and storage. This article provides basis for the artificial cultivation and promotion of Cordyceps Militaris which is suitable to be cultivated in north China.
