长白山中蜂特色产品开发与利用

长白山中华蜜蜂种质资源丰富,经济性状优良,蜜蜂文化历史悠久,具有开发特色中蜂产品的资源优势。然而,长白山区生态环境破坏严重,东、西方蜜蜂种间竞争激烈,中蜂饲养技术落后,规模较小,长白山中蜂的生存和繁衍受到严重威胁,特色中蜂产品开发严重滞后。只有建立中蜂自然保护区,培育高产蜂种,推广活框饲养技术,加强中蜂产品宣传,加大科研投入,加快新产品研制,促进中蜂产品深加工,创造长白山特色品牌,才能有效保护中蜂资源多样性,发展长白山特色蜂业经济,实现中蜂资源的可持续发展。

However, the ecological environment in Changbai Mountain area has been severely damaged, there is fierce competition for survival between Apis cerana cerana and Apis rnellifera, Apis cerana cerana rearing technology is backward and its quantity is smal- ler, it has been threatening the existence and prosperity of Apis cerana cerana Fabricius,1793 in the Changbai Mountain, so the development of the special bee products lagged. Only by establis- hing the nature reserve of Apis cerana cerana, developing high-yielding species of bee, expanding the technology of apiculture, enhancing the propaganda of bee products, enhancing the invest ment of science and technology, accelerating the development of new products, promoting the e laborate process of bee products, creating special brand, can we protect the biological diversity of Apis cerana cerana, develop special apiculture economics in the Changbai Mountain and accom- plish the sustainable development of Apis cerana cerana resource.
