复方丹参颗粒与消心痛治疗稳定型心绞痛的疗效对比

目的:为了观察复方丹参颗粒对稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法:将160例稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分成两组。复方丹参颗粒组100例(男性50例,年龄51a±6a,病程3.3a±1.2a),消心痛10mg,tid,po.两组疗程均为3mo。结果:显示复方丹参颗粒组心绞痛症状总有效率92.2%,消心痛总有效率86%,Ridit分析P>0.05.复方丹参颗粒组心电图疗效总有效率64.1%,消心痛组总有效率40%,经Ridit分析P<0.05。结论:复方丹参颗粒是治疗稳定型心绞痛较满意的药物。
