在分析近年来铁路企业股改上市的实践与成效的基础上,从铁路资金需求量巨大、铁路行业特性复杂、铁路企业长期行政化管理等方面,阐述铁路企业股改上市缓慢的成因。提出铁路企业股改上市的对策与建议:即从铁路企业转变发展方式的高度,深化对铁路企业股改上市的认识;从铁路实施多元化经营战略的高度,细化对铁路企业股改上市的研究;从充分发挥示范引导作用的高度,强化对已上市铁路企业的管理等。

Based on analyzing the practice and effect of railway enterprise＇s stock reform and IPO in recent years, this paper expounds the cause of the enterprise＇s slow stock reform and IPO from the aspects of large demand volume of railway fund, complex characteristics of railway industry and long-term administrative management of railway enterprises. The paper also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on stock reform and IPO of railway enterprises, such as deepening cognition of the stock reform and IPO from the view of transferring enterprise＇s development way, subdividing the research of the stock reform and IPO from the view of implementing diversified business strategy in railway, and strengthening management of railway enterprises has been listed from the view of exerting its demonstration and guidance role.
