摘要
随着我国铁路路网建设规模不断加大,铁路运输生产用地日益增加。通过建立系统动力学模型,借助系统动力学进行政策仿真实验和因果反馈关系分析的优势,探讨影响铁路土地使用因素的因果关系、互动关系,以及政策仿真和定量化的趋势。在此基础上,提出建设客运专线,提高新建铁路和既有线铁路的复线率、电气化率,铁路场站布局集中化等政策建议,以有效提高铁路运输生产用地单位效能。
Following with unceasing expansion of railway network construction scale in China, the land use for railway transport and production is increasing. Through establishing system dynamics model, taking policy simulation test by dint of system dynamics and absorbing advantages of causal feedback relationship analysis, this paper discusses the causality, interactive relationship and trend of policy simulation and quantification which influencing railway land use factors. Based on above mentioned, the paper puts forward the policy suggestions such as constructing DPLs and increasing double track rate and electrification rate of new-constructed railways and existing railways as well as centralized distribution of station and yard, so as to effectively increase unit efficiency of railway transport and production land use.
