On the Economic Participation and Quality Education of Modern Rural Women

随着城乡“二元制”劳动用人制度的打破和“男工女耕”新型生产模式的形成 ,农村妇女日益走上经济建设的主战场。文章在总结其经济参与新特点的基础上 ,就农业现代化的进程对农村妇女的挑战 ,以及为适应挑战 。

The old work system between city and country called “dual labour system' is now being replaced by a new-type production pattern of “men working while women farming'. Now rural women are increasingly taking part in economic activities. The article is based on the summary of the new characteristics of women's economic participation. And it discusses women's challenges in the agricultural modernisation and discusses the methods to raise by education the comprehensive ability of rural women facing the challenges.
