摘要
三峡水库建成运行为在枯季向长江中下游补水、应对旱情、保障沿江重要城市供水安全提供了支撑条件。为了科学调度三峡水库,对长江中下游沿江主要城市的取水设施情况、航运保证水位以及河道多年枯季径流资料进行了分析,并在综合考虑满足长江中下游城市取水、生态需水、咸潮入侵控制和航运需求的基础上,确定了长江中下游干流重要城市控制断面的供水保证水位(流量)。供水保证水位(流量)的确定,为三峡水库科学调度运行及各城市制订枯季缺水应急预案提供了依据。
The completion and operation of Three Gorges Reservoir creates favorable conditions for water supplement to the mid - lower reaches in dry season to resist drought, and guarantee water supply safety for the important cities along the Yangtze Riv- er. In order to scientifically regulate Three Gorges Reservoir, the water intake facilities, navigation guarantee level and annual dry - season runoff data of the main cities along the river are analyzed, and based on comprehensive consideration on the water in- take of the cities, ecological water requirement, tidal salt - water intrusion control and navigation, the lowest water level ( dis- charge) of the control cross - sections of the main cities along the mainstream are determined. The determination of the lowest water level (discharge) provides a basis for scientific regulation and operation of Three Gorges Reservoir, as well as making e- mergency preplan for water shortage in dry season of the cities along the river.
