摘要 为了改进传统水电站蜗壳应力测试中信号传输线以及电源等在试验现场易受干扰的缺点,在糯扎渡水电站1号蜗壳水压试验应力测试中采用了基于无线传感器网络技术的应力测试方法。试验结果表明:1号蜗壳水压试验所有测点的实测应力值均小于材料的屈服强度值,强度满足设计要求;试验所采用的无线应变测试系统与传统应变测试系统的检测结果相同,且无线方法具有便捷、高效、不易受干扰的优点。试验成果为今后水电站蜗壳水压试验应力测试采用无线传感器网络技术这种新的检测方法提供了借鉴。 In order to mitigate the interference from in - situ construction to signal transmission lines and power supply during conventional stress measurement of hydro - turbine spiral cases, a stress measurement method based on wireless sensor network technology was used in the stress measurement of hydrostatic test for No. 1 spiral case of Nuozhadu Hydropower Station. The re- suits show that, all the measured stress values are smaller than the material yield strength values under the stress measurement of hydrostatic test, meeting the design requirements; the test results by both the wireless strain testing system and the traditional strain testing system are consistent, but the wireless method has the advantages of convenience, high efficiency and being not prone to disturbance. The test results provide reference for applying the new wireless sensor network technology in stress measure- ment of hydrostatic test for spiral cases.
