摘要
水泵电机在设置有变频的情况下,具有完全变频运行和设置脱频运行两种接线方式,因此,应根据具体条件,通过综合分析比较,选用合理的方式。根据两种运行方式的设备配置、接线型式、综合效率、接线的复杂性、励磁、保护要求和运行等因素,通过量化指标,即可清晰地判断在干河泵站设置旁路运行的优劣。经过反复研究,详细分析,证明在干河泵站设旁路,经济方面毫无优势,反而会使接线方式变得较为复杂,对设备的资金投入较多,运行维护困难。通过对该项目各种方案开展的研究分析,可为从事类似工程设计的同行起到借鉴作用。
Pump motor has two modes of wiring connection including full frequency conversion and without frequency conver- sion. A reasonable way should be selected through comparison and analysis in line with actual conditions. In view of the influence of device configuration, wiring type, overall efficiency, complexity of the wiring, requirements of the excitation protection, opera- tion and so on, the pros and cons of setting frequency bypass operation in Ganhe Pumping Station is clearly determined by quanti- tative indicators. By repeated research and detailed analysis, the results show that arrangement of bypass in Ganhe Pumping Sta- tion has no economic advantage, but has disadvantages of complicated mode of connection, more funding of device and difficult maintenance.
