摘要
葛洲坝自备电源电站自投产以来,其水力发电机组的定子温升一直偏高,在夏季竟高达101℃,是发电机安全运行的重大隐患。探讨分析了葛洲坝自备电源电站发电机温度过高的原因,根据分析结果,制定了一系列降低温升的比较方案,经反复研究,决定对通风系统结构实施优化改造,对改造前后的发电机通风状况以及定子的温度进行试验与测量,并将试验与测量结果进行对比。结果表明,通风系统结构的优化改造对改善定子的温度有显著的效果。
Since the operation of Gezhouba Self - powered Station, the stator temperature rise of hydroelectric generating set has been high, and as high as 101 ~C in summer, which is a hidden danger for the safe operation of generator. A series of alterna- tive schemes for reducing temperature rise is developed in accordance with the results of analyzing the cause of the high tempera- ture. The optimization for the ventilation system is determined with the detailed study. The generator ventilation condition and stator temperature before and after the upgrading project are measured and compared. The results show that the optimization and transformation have a significant effect on reducing the stator temperature.
