摘要
中国河流名称代码是我国10类水利工程和河道断面的基础码,有关标准实施10 a后,已经不能满足水利信息化和防汛抗旱业务的需求,在应用中出现了河流数量、代码容量不足,水系分区与其他标准矛盾等问题,需要进行修订。以大比例尺地形图、90 m分辨率的DEM等为基础数据,利用ArcGIS软件的空间分析、水文分析功能,计算了河流的基本参数。以统计分析结果为依据,提出了编码河流筛选的指标和控制标准,完善了河流编码的规则,解决了标准修订的部分关键问题。
Debris flow disaster is one of the major geological hazards threatening the local environment and people's life and property. Meanwhile, a thorough prevention and control of debris flow takes immense expense, and the uncertainty of prevention and control project brings about some risk to its effects. The risk management is a way that can reduce the disaster risk and can provide helpful reference to the prevention and control of debris flow disaster. The research results of risk management for debris flow disasters all over the world are analyzed, studied and summarized, and their existed problems and development trend are pointed out. And a risk management mode for single - gulley debris flow is proposed.
