耳穴贴压配合降压操治疗老年高血压临床观察

Clinical Observations on Auricular Point Plaster Therapy plus Hypotensive Exercises for the Treatment of Senile Hypertension

目的观察耳穴贴压配合降压操治疗老年高血压的疗效。方法将入选的150例老年高血压患者随机分为两组,治疗组76例,对照组74例。治疗组给予耳穴贴压配合降压操治疗,对照组按医嘱维持原有服药方案,治疗前后采用《中药新药临床研究指导原则》中的降压疗效评定标准对两组疗效进行评定。结果对照组总有效率为51.4%,治疗组总有效率为82.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论耳穴贴压配合降压操治疗老年高血压总有效率高于单纯服药治疗。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of auricular point plaster therapy plus iaypotenslve exercises in treanng senlJe hypertension. Method The enrolled 150 patients with senile hypertension were randomly allocated to two groups, a treatment group of 76 cases and a control group of 74 cases. The treatment group received auricular point piaster therapy with the cooperation of hypotensive exercises and the control group followed the original protocol made by the doctor for administering medicine. The therapeutic effects were evaluated using the criteria for assessing the hypotensive effect in Guidelines for Clinical Studies on Chinese Herbal Medicine and New Drugs in the two groups before and after treatment. Result The total efficacy rate was 51.4% in the control group and 82.9% in the treatment group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.001）. Conclusion The total efficacy rate of auricular point piaster therapy plus hypotensive exercises is higher than that of taking medicine only in treating senile hypertension.
